Working On Your Game and Playing In Pain?

Posted on 2017-11-17 | Posted by Alex Munro

What is TPI?

The Titleist Performance Institute trains PGA Professionals to understand how a golfer’s biomechanical makeup influences their technique.

70% of the golfing population play in pain. Most injuries are caused by golfers trying to swing the club in a way they cannot physically achieve.

Improving your golf fitness does not require hours and hours in the gym, often it can be achieved with a few minutes a day and can potentially transform your game.

Why have a Screening?

  1. A simple TPI Screening process that takes no longer than 30 minutes will show you;
  2. Exactly what your body can physically do
  3. Why you move the way you do during the golf swing
  4. How you can quickly improve your technique and game
  5. How to avoid pain whilst playing
  6. What you need to do to hit the ball farther and more consistently

What are the benefits of being golf fit

  1. Increased club head speed
  2. (Who wants to hit it shorter?)
  3. Injury avoidance and reduced pain when playing
  4. Increased energy levels
  5. Improved mobility which is key to producing technically sound golf swings
  6. Improved consistency
  7. Play better golf for longer
